We had a short stay here. It's a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel runs a bus down into Sorrento frequently and is always on time. The rooms are modest but clean and have some spectacular views. The food was faultless and the staff were first class.
For us it was perfect and we'll look to get back there one day. We would've liked coffee facilities in the room but we didn't ask, I'm sure if we had they would've provided them. It's not a criticism just something we get used to I suppose.
I'd recommend this place to anyone.
The best hotel near Sorrento!
Big clean room, with a small balcony with crazy view to the valley and sea!
The breakfast was delicious, a lot of choices and welcoming staff.

There is a beautiful pool and solarium, open bar until 00:00
Big parking space and also shuttles to Sorrento every hour.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. From the second you get there to the moment you leave, you’ll want to come back just like we do and plan on next year. The service from the front desk is top notch and the amenities are nice and clean. The staff are always cleaning and watering the plants keeping the hotel clean and alive. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Sorrento. Also forgot to mention the shuttle bus service into the city centre is amazing.
Location and transport into Sorento. Pool and views were spectacular as we had a sea view above the entrance of the hotel. The staff also accommodated us with another nights stay but had to change rooms.
Could not get a snack in the afternoon and when I asked the waiter for some potato chips he gave me such a look but brought some out to other guests
Great location, swimming pool, shuttle service to Sorrento and breakfast is included. Staff is very nice and friendly. Feels like home. Rooms can use an update.
Nice hotel, great and very friendly staff. Very clean and spacious areas, especially the eating area, food choices are fine, just about enough options to choose. We found that the usb points did not work and that our shower door leaked badly in our room, but it would not put me off from returning. The shuttle bus is a great service to and fro sorrento.
We didn’t stay here but stopped for lunch and it was awful! The food was atrocious! The pasta was a massive lump stuck to the bottom of the bowl and the salad was stale! Rude staff and took ages to even get a drink! Definitely wouldn’t recommend 😡
